This is a very seriously sick girl that needs immediate help if we are going to save her. She is a young grand daughter of *Muscat, a lovely lovely chestnut with flaxen mane and tail, and just three years old. She is still down at the feedlot. She has serious strangles and a terrible eye infection. This information is second hand ... I have not seen her since she's been sick but she is an absolutely beautiful, kind, and affectionate filly.

I am working desperately to find a quarantine place for her. Right now, I have two horses here, Magda and the Draper stallion, Neero, who both are very sick with strangles. And before I bring in another horse, I need to do a major disinfecting of my place. Please help us help this beautiful filly.

UPDATE: Sugar has a temporary foster home with a wonderful nurse who is going to bring her back to health before she goes on to her permanent home. She is out of harm's way and receiving the attention she desperately needs.
